These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between 9bbd and its members, covering all aspects of website use, account management, financial transactions, betting, and gaming activities.

9bbd serves only residents of Bangladesh aged 18 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account; any such account found will be closed immediately and all transactions cancelled.

This platform is built for entertainment. 9bbd makes no guarantee that betting or gaming will generate income. Always play within your means.

2.1 Eligibility to Register

• Registrants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Individuals residing in Bangladesh are eligible to register.
• A valid and active mobile number is required.
• Only individuals who are of sound mind may open an account.
• Professional players, referees, or anyone involved in match officiating are not permitted to place bets on related matches.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate one account only. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all bonuses forfeited. 9bbd detects duplicate accounts through device tracking and IP verification.

2.3 KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal or for transactions above a specified limit. A scanned copy of your National ID or passport is required. 9bbd reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until the verification process is complete.

3.1 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawal requests can only be made using the same method as the original deposit.

• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will be held until KYC verification is complete.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• Wagering Requirement: The deposit and bonus combined must be wagered 5x before withdrawal.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

4.2 Free Bets & Cashback

• Winnings from free bets will be credited to your cash balance only — the free bet stake is not included.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses only.
• Matches on which a bonus bet is placed cannot be changed.

4.3 Bonus Abuse is Prohibited

9bbd takes a strict stance against bonus abuse, including multiple accounts, low-risk hedging bets, or any other exploitative activity. If such behaviour is detected, all bonuses will be forfeited and the account suspended.

All betting and gaming activities at 9bbd are governed by specific rules. A summary of the key regulations is provided below.

5.1 Rules for Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — the only exception is in the event of a technical error.
• Minimum bet amount is ৳200, maximum is ৳50,000 per bet.
• 9bbd reserves the right to suspend any bet pending investigation if it is deemed suspicious.

5.2 Match Cancellations & Refunds

• If a match is cancelled entirely, all bets will be refunded.
• If a match is rescheduled by more than 48 hours, the bet will be considered void.
• If a match is partially completed, settlement will be handled in accordance with our rules.

5.3 Technical Issues

9bbd is not liable for losses caused by internet outages, software errors, or other technical issues outside our control. However, if a disruption originates from our servers and results in a loss, 9bbd will provide appropriate compensation.

9bbd places the highest priority on the security of members' personal information and financial data. We adhere to international data protection standards.

6.1 Data Collection & Use

• Information collected at registration is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
• Selling or transferring data to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Information may be disclosed in response to lawful requests from law enforcement authorities.

6.2 Account Security

• Members are solely responsible for keeping their passwords confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• It is strongly recommended that two-factor authentication (2FA) be kept active at all times.

9bbd will never ask for your password or full card number via email or phone. Any such request is fraudulent — please report it to us immediately.

7.1 Self-Control Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set your own maximum stake per bet.
• Session Limit: Set a daily limit on how long you play each day.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders to take a break during gameplay.
• Cooling-Off: Take a temporary break for 1–30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Long-term or permanent account closure.

• Suspected money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Abusive or disrespectful behaviour toward the support team.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security or systems.

Prior to closing an account, 9bbd will notify the member by email and provide an opportunity to respond — except in cases of serious violations.

9bbd reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be duly informed before any changes take effect.

10.1 Types of Changes

• Minor Changes: Notice will be given via the website.
• Major Changes: Notifications will be sent via email and push alerts.
• Emergency changes: May take effect immediately.
